- Shipping
- All of the products online are in stock. Orders ship on Mondays and Thursdays following date of purchase. An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Designs will be available for download immediately or, if there is any issue, they will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders ship from New York.
- US Orders
- Orders are shipped USPS according to weight and destination, unless we receive a special request. Please make sure to provide an appropriate address for package deliveries.
- International Orders
- All orders are billed in US dollars. Orders are shipped USPS standard international, and a tracking number is not issued. Shipments are delivered 7-14 business days after packages are processed at post office. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders. Some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government.

- If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international orders or download-able designs. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. To return or exchange an item, please send an email to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

- We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective item and will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.

Please make sure to write the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. EM Grid is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
